1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WifiPass application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WifiPass is a community-driven platform that allows users to discover and share WiFi passwords at public locations such as cafés, hotels, airports, and co-working spaces. The Service is available as a mobile application on iOS and Android.

3. User Accounts

  • You may use WifiPass as a guest (anonymous) or sign in with Apple or Google.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting WiFi passwords, reviews, ratings, or hotspot information ("Content"), you:

  • Grant WifiPass a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content within the Service.
  • Represent that you have the right to share the Content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
  • Acknowledge that shared WiFi passwords become available to other users of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share passwords for private networks without the owner's permission.
  • Submit false, misleading, or spam content.
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • WifiPass offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their respective terms apply to all purchases.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
  • Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. WifiPass does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any WiFi passwords or hotspot information shared by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WifiPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
